Who are we?

RanWorx was established in South Africa in 2010 by a group of Telecommunications experts.

We have a wide range of expertise spanning from Radio Network Planning & Optimisation to Hardware Design, Configuration, Network Rollouts and Forensic Audits. We have been involved with GSM consulting on various projects throughout Africa and the rest of the world since 1994 when GSM was launched in Africa.

Due to the extent of our expertise we identified a need for a new approach to Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Network Quality of Service improvement. We have subsequently developed our own in-house products and solutions for wireless mobile operators who deliver high end quality services to their clients.

The U.S. affiliate of Ranworx was established in 2012 to better serve customers based in the U.S. and the rest of the Americas markets. It is valuable to have its development and support personnel in the same time zone as the software users and distribution partner, so they can directly and rapidly respond to inquiries and support requests.

Another key benefit of operating in the United States is the access to the country's software developer talent pool. The U.S. has some of the best developers in the world and more developers than any other country.

Now Ranworx is moving to significantly expand the company's presence in the Americas. Over the next several years, Ranworx will secure an office in Dallas, TX, and build a strong team of developers and support engineers in that office. These persons will work in concert with the staff in South Africa, as well as channel partners and customers in the Americas, to grow the company's sales in the Western Hemisphere.

This initiative is being led by Ranworx founder and CEO, Mr. Anton van Vuuren. Mr. van Vuuren has nearly 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working as an engineer, an accounts manager and a project manager. More recently, he's been a serial entrepreneur, starting five successful startups in 5 ½ years, including Ranworx CC in South Africa, where he also serves as CEO.
